Donnelly and Hollowell lose by a lot!
DiFolco- 2030 Jones- 1954 Brown- 1951
Donnelly- 1158 Hollowell- 1099
*these figures to not include absentee ballots
Hollowell a sore loser for 2nd year in a row, cries to BCT
If you are an official campaign worker you should not steal opposition signs
In baseball it is ok to steal signs unless you get caught. In politics its called theft and when you get caught someone calls the police. Maybe if you stole just one no one would see you. But when you steal 20+ signs from one street people tend to notice. Just ask Jeff Eversmeyer of Broad Street who was caught tonight red handed. Mr. Eversmeyer just so happens to be an official campaign worker for Donnelly and Hollowell. You can find him working the polls at district 7 (RV) tomorrow evening. After being questioned by the police Mr. Eversmyer was seen removing the signs from a dumpster and replacing them from where they were removed. I’m told there is video of the incident and its addition to this post would be the icing on the cake (working on it).
Yet another UH-OH for the Donnelly-Hollowell campaign.
Republican and proud!
Every mailer they sent out bragged about being “non-partisan”. Sure looks like they are republican to me.
They finally admit what they are, who funds their campaign and who pulls their strings. The “door hanger” yesterday asks you to vote for Mitt Romney and the entire republican slate including the “Status Quo Slate” of Donnelly and Hollowell.
More lies, more County Republican slime
It’s a shame that Donnelly and Hollowell can’t stick to the issues and keep trying to confuse voters. Kind of hard for the Average Joe Slate to “block progress in the gardens” when it is under Donnelly’s administration that the township is in more debt, taxes are up and we have yet to see a shovel in the ground in the Gardens.
Fun fact of the day… Just this summer he voted no now wants you to vote yes
July 12, 2012 when given a choice between Hollowell and another candidate for the planning board Mayor Donnelly voted for someone else. Then at the same meeting Donnelly voted NO against Allen Hollwell’s appointment to the Planning Board again when Hollowell was the only person nominated for the remaining position on the planning board. The vote was 3-2 NOT to appoint Hollowell (Donnelly, Dow and DiFolco voting no, Belton and Gibson voting yes for Hollowell). The position remains vacant today.
Mayor Donnelly wouldnt vote for Allen Hollowell, why should you?
No approval needed for half-way houses in Mt. Holly from the Planning Board as long as the Mayor approves
Read the letter from Mayor Donnelly
WOW do they like to lie! (Burl Co. Republican funded mailer)
Donnelly/Hollowell mailer claims that Brown, DiFolco & Jones “blocked progress” on the Gardens is not just stretching any truth but a flat out lie. How can two people that are not currently on town council block something? As for DiFolco he was elected last year so I highly doubt he can “block” something when the project has been going on for 10+ years. The project that the mailer refers to was approved by a 3-2 council vote therefor not blocked.
The best part is the Donnelly/Hollowell mailer uses the same postal permit that the Burl Co GOP uses for their slime mailers for the last 5 years. I thought they were non-partisan and claimed to be supported by all voter affiliations. The mailer is an obvious High Street Machine production and they didn’t even attempt to hide that.
On another note, if you look up the Donnelly/Hollowell campaign ELEC reports on the State website you will find no disclosures of expenses as required to do so when you use campaign funds for ANYTHING. There are lawn signs, two fancy mailers and even color flyers all with “paid for by Donnelly/Hollowell” yet no reports disclosing expenditures. Sounds like someone is breaking the law.

Does this Pinocchio look familiar from a recent mailer? Typical Burl Co Republican tactic.
Will present ceremonial check to Kent Pipes
email from Pipes:
Cong. Jon Runyan, [R] 3rd Cong. District is going to be visiting the property at 209-211 Garden St. on Tuesday, October 30th at 12:30 to meet the representatives from the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York who will present us with the ceremonial check from their award of $200,000 toward the purchase and renovation of the Amity Transitional Housing project that was announced last week.
Improperly used MHPD uniform for political purposes and entered police station unauthorized.
Hollowell is in hot water. After being told to take down the picture on his political website of him in a MHPD uniform he refused. Then proceeded to circulate political flyers with the same pic.
Investigation is ongoing
The High Street Slate of Donnelly and Hollowell sent out a mailer yesterday. Some of us were lucky enough to receive two of them at the same address (more wasteful spending). Here is a review:
Putting Mt. Holly First:
First… In High Taxes
First… In unemployment
First… In High Crime
First… In number of absentee landlords
My favorite part is “We wont let petty politics kill progress in Mt Holly”
really??? what progress? The progress in the Gardens or the progress downtown on empty store fronts?
